WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota, Department of
Highways, has applied for abatement of taxes and assessments
and the County Assessor has recommended that such application
be granted, as more particularly set out in the Report of the
Ramsey County Assessor, County Auditor's No. 77560, $6.28 being
for special assessments; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
does hereby acquiesce in said abatement.
