Committee therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering
to the Water Department, St. Paul, Minnesota, approximately 330 Cubic Yards
Ready -mixed Concrete to TRANSIT MIX CONCRETE COMPANY in accordance with City
specifications and the Formal Bid #8964 of said Transit Mix Concrete-Company
at a contract price of approximately $5,676.00, such bid being the lowest.and
said Transit Mix Concrete Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is authorized to draw up the proper form
of contract therefor and the proper City officials are hereby directed to

execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
