WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul .and. the Port Authority
have executed .an agreement authorizing the acquisition of certain �i
lands from Dr. George J. Bantle for the sum of x$,000; and
V11EREAS, said negotiations have now been completed and
the City has accepted executed deeds from Dr. Bantle conveying
the property to the City of Saint Paul; be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
it hereby-authorizes and directs the Comptroller to issue a draft
payable to Dr. Bantle in the :'amount of $4$,000 as consideration
for the above purchase of real property.
