WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of
the City of Saint Paul has by informal resolution dated the
17h day of September, 1962, approved the Contract between
said Board and the Village of Roseville, which Contract
provides for supplying of water on a wholesale basis to said
Village of Roseville; and
WHEREAS, said Village of Roseville has by formal
resolution adopted on the 10th day of September, 1962, approved
said Contract, as aforesaid; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Board of Water Commissioners
of the City of Saint Paul is hereby authorized and directed to
execute said contract, and this Council does hereby approve the
same as executed by said Board.of Water Commissioners.
