COMMISSIONER DATE
WHEREAS, the Detention and Workhouse Facility
Commission has awarded a contract to A. V. Winterer & Sons,
Inc. for the installation of additional radiation at the
City and County Workhouse after duly advertising for bids and
WHEREAS, the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners
concurred in the award of this contract pursuant to Res64 -ution
No. 9 -6474 dated September 24, 1962,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of St. Paul concurs with the action of the Detention
and Workhouse Facility Commission and hereby approves the
contract between said Commission and A. V. Winterer and Sons,
Inc. in the amount of $2,753.00.
