G� WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners
of the City of Saint Paul has, by resolution, requested
the Council of the City of Saint Paul to concur in
executing a Supplemental Agreement providing for re-
imbursement to the Water Department.of the cost of
restoring existing pavement damaged and removed in con-
nection with Contract DA -21- 018- CIVENG -62-4 for reloca-
tion of water lines in connection with the St. Paul
Flood Control Project on the Mississippi River; be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint
Paul that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to
Contract DA- 21- 018- CIVENG -62 -4, for relocation of water

Project on the Mississippi River.
