COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS, pursuant to Council File No. 208975, the Council
of the City of Saint Paul approved the request of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul that the Department
of Public Works by and through its Local Improvement Engineer,
construct a portion of that particular sidewalk and curb on the
north side of Aurora Street 200 feet west of Rice Street; and
WHEREAS, contracts have been prepared between the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul and the City
of Saint Paul providing for the construction of the aforesaid side-
walks and reimbursement to said City of construction costs and expense,
by said Housing and Redevelopment Authority of;the City of Saint Paul,
Now, Therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint maul
hereby approves the contracts between said City and the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority; and the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to execute said contracts.
