In the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for slopes,
cuts and fills, including the right of removal of lateral support and the placing of
riprap on the slope area where necessary in-the improvement of Shepard Road from
Randolph Ave. to Otto Ave. in the following described tract of land iri;Government

Commencing for the purpose of establishing the point of beginning, at the north -

lot-a distance of 568.5 feet to a point; thence in a southwesterly direction on a
straight 'line making an angle to the right of 310 23' a distance of .00.9 feet to a

parking lot in conjunction with 12 unit apartment building
located at southeast corner of Livingston and Wyoming
Streets.
