I -t is open and vacant. Windows and frames have been broken, electric wiring and plumbing are in poor condition and many fixtures are missing. The roof leaks, floors are sagged and out of level. Front and rear porches are in dangerous condition. This building is dangerous to-life, limb, and adjoining property and should be wrecked and removed. The last known record owner is Aaron Baran, deceased. A letter was•sent to Harry Baran, 7901 East Prairie Street, Skokie, Illinois, son. Ramsey County Welfare Board, 476 St. Peter Street, St. Paul 2, holds a lien on the property. A Danger Notice has been posted. We respectfully request that you set a hearing date in ac- cordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul Legislative Code, which section outlines condemnation procedure.
