Dear Sevs
With reference to your recent letter concerning the St. Paul City
Council's resolution authorizing the rental of Midway Stadium to the
Minnesota Vikings on the terms and conditions set forth in the resolu-
tion, notice is hereby given that the Vikings agree to the terms as
outlined. However, we desire a fixed maximum figure for the cost.of
restoration of Midway Stadium field.
After the spring of 1963 we would like to renegotiate for the following
two years should the Vikings wish to avail themselves of the facilities
for those years.
Hope that this covers our discussion.
Sincerely,
Oaw
