COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, That the Health and Welfare Program for employees
of the City of Saint Paul, as exemplified by contracts between the
City of Saint Paul and The Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance Company,
Minnesota Hospital Service Association, and the St. Paul Fire and
Marine Insurance Company, shall be continued in force for the period
of one year from March 1, 19639 subject to all of the terms and con-
ditions as provided in the contracts heretofore entered into between
the aforementioned health and welfare program carriers and the City;
be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk'is hereby directed
to send copies of this Resolution to each of the health and welfare
program carriers hereinbef ore referred to; be it

superseded hereby.
