Dear Madam:
We are returning herewith the appeal of Mrs. and Mrs. Arthur-Bade
for a building line setback of 36 feet from Hall Avenue.
I discussed this matter with the City Architect, and made a
'field check on it. Mr. Schroeder has now ruled that it is
not necessary for Mr. and Mrs. Bade to take this appeal to
the Council and his department will issue the necessary build-
ing permits.

Gentlemen:
Enclosed is a site plan showing the required information
the purpose of which is to appeal to establish Building line
set back of 36 feet to conform with the on�,y house in the
block facing on Hall Ave. said house being known as 624 Hall Ave.
The need for this appeal is that the ordinance-requires building
line of 52 feet. (Legislative Code Chapter 64.03 Paragraph "J").
We are proposing to -build a bungelow duplex on Lot 3 Block 115
West St. Paul Proper which is the middle lot in the block.
The house North of our lot faces King St. the -view of.which
is obstructed from our lot by. a six foot hedge, said house sets
back from Hall Ave. about 75 feet and is an old house(owned by
elderly people) which will in all probability be rayed in the
not too distant future, also this house sets accross lots 1 &
2,,
We would appreciate your earliest consideration in this matter.
