ON THE AWARD OF DAMAUSI
In the matter of .....condemning and taking_ a tem,2orary construction easement in the property of
the South 50 feet of Lot 6, Block 12, Winslow's Aclditi, for the purpose of removing
the existing areaway, permission for the existence of Which has been revoked, which area-
way is presently located under the north portion of St. Clair Avenue abutting the above
described property and the removal of which areaway will necessitate use of the South
50 feet of Lot 6, Block 12, Winslow's Addition for construction purposes, including also
the right of entry into the existing building located upon the above described tract and
parcel of land in order to permit the performance of the necessary work involved in the
removal of the areaway as aforesaid, said temporary construction easement to remain in
effect until thirty days after the completion of the Bork as determined by the City
Engineer.

The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the____________ l7th________--- day
of .............. October _________ ) 19.....62, at ten o'clock A. M., and that the Commissioner of Finance
be and he is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
