RESOLVED, That the proper city officials be hereby
authorized to negotiate the exchange of one (1) five -year old
buffalo bull for one (1) three -year old buffalo bull, value

approximately equal; the city to authorize payment of $50. 00
from Fund 18 -E -6 for the services of trucking, handling and
loading by Mr. Leehart Friedrich, Lake Elmof in bringing
animal to zoo and removing ours from premises. The purpose
of this exchange is to improve the breed.
