RESOLVED, that the action at law, in Conciliation
Court, known as City of Saint Paul vs. Arthur Johnson wherein
said City claimed damages for the amount of $26.53 for injury
to certain parking meters, may be dismissed on the grounds of
an insufficiency of evidence and the Corporation Counsel is
hereby impowered to effectuate such dismissal without preju-
dice to the recommencement of said action at law.
