COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Port Authority of the City of
Saint Paul has applied for and has been granted abatement
of taxes by the Board of Abatement of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
as more particularly set out in the Re ort of the Ramsey County
Assessor, County Auditor's No. 77518, 353.36 of said taxes being
for special assessments; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
does hereby acquiesce in said abatement.
