WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint _'aul,�
on July 39 1962, has referred to the Health and Welfare
and Insurance Committee letters from the appropriate
Insurance Carriers as regards renewal of the contracts
between said City and said Insurance Carriers; and
WHEREAS, said Committee, in its letter to said
Council of said City has unanimously recommended renewal
of the group contract and policies with said Insurance
Carriers for the next policy year, beginning March 1,
1963, and said recommendation having been expressed in the
letter of said Committee to said Council, dated September 5,
1962;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that, upon the aforesaid recommendation,
the following group policies and contracts as issued by the
named Insurance Carriers, to -wit:
Minnesota Hospital Service Association
(Blue Cross) Group Contract No. 5600 -2 -4;
The Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance Company
Group Policy No. 2881 G;
St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company
Group Policy No. CEO -920,
shall be renewed effective March 1, 1963, and the appropriate
officers of the City are hereby authorized to enter into the
necessary agreements to accomplish the purposes of this
Resolution.
