that Council File 209342 relating to a temporary ease-
ment being granted to said City by Northern States Power
Company may be and hereby is amended as to the descrip-
tion of the real estate involved so that said description
will read as follows:

line of Montreal Ave., that is 225 ft. east-
erly of the west line of Section 14, Township
28, Range 23; thence southerly on a straight
line parallel to said west section line to
the north right -of -way line of the Chicago -

Company; thence northeasterly on the Chicago -
Milwaukee-St. Paul and Pacific Railroad
right -of -way line to the south property line
of Montreal Ave; thence westerly on the south
property line of Montreal Ave, to the point
of beginning, except that part taken for high-
way purposes for Interstate Highway 35E.
