COUNCIL RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the installation of roofing
for connecting link to No. 2 Growing House, Como Park Conservatory, Saint Paul,
Minnesota to F. E. QUIMBY COMPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Informal Bid #4559 of said F. E. Quimby Company for the
contract price of $454.00, such bid being the only bid and said F. E. Quimby Company
being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be add hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.
