Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: There is a single family dwelling at the rear of 478 Palace Avenue,, which is described as Part lying easterly of Chica- go, St.,Paul, Minneapolis And Omaha Railroad Co. Right of Way, of Lots:15 and 16, Block 28,. Subdivision of Blocks 28 and 29, in Stinson Brown And Ramsey's Addition to Saint Paul. i This is a one and one half story frame dwelling, 20 by 30, badly fire damaged as the roof rafters and 'roof are burned off, ceiling joists and studs are burned. This building is beyond repair and should be wrecked and removed. The last known record owner is Anna M. Neid, 478 Palace Avenue, St. Paul 2. Danger Notices have been posted.
