AUTHORIZATION OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material
the alley in Block 2, Leffmann and Haas Addition and McDermotts Addition
from Oxford St. to Chatsworth St. Also constructing a sewer in an ease-
ment to be obtained on the Westerly 4 feet of the Easterly 6 feet of Lot
2, Block 2, Leffmann and Haas Addition from Edmund Ave. to the alley in
the rear of said lot, under Preliminary Order 207430, approved May 29,
19629 and Final Order 2088912 approved September 4, 1962.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the
above named improvement be and the same are hereby approved and the
Commissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do the work
at an estimated cost-of $5,211.00 by City forces and that the Purchasing
Agent proceed to secure the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above named improvement in-
cluding engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $521.00 or a
total of $5,732.00 be assessed against the benefi I ted property.
