WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul Corporation Counsel is preparing
an Ordinance amending original Ordinance No. 11061, approved
July 26, 1957, concerning the sewer system of the Village of
Maplewood; to include certain specified areas of the Town of
Woodbury as being permitted to be connected to the public sewer
system of the Village of Maplewood, which connects to that of
the City of St. Paul, and
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for Sanitary Sewer
Project No. 1, prepared by the consulting engineers for the
Town of Woodbury and approved'by the Town Council of the Town
of Woodbury on May 14, 1962, and approved by the Village
Council of the Village of Maplewood on April 5, 1962, and
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for Town of Woodbury
Sanitary Sewer Project No. 1 have been heretofore submitted
to and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works and the
Chief Engineer as being in all things satisfactory, be it
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the Town
of Woodbury Sanitary Sewer Project No. 1 be approved.
