RESOLVED, By the Council of the'City of Saint
Paul that pursuant to the request of the Department
of Public Works a permit is granted hereby to the
State of Minnesota and its Department of Highways
for the placing of stockpile material'on the fol-
lowing described real estate:
That part of the South one -half of the north-
east quarter (Sz NEB) of Section 28, Township
29 North, Range 23 West, being part of the
property owned by the grantor in the vicinity
of Snelling Avenue North and Schroeder Drive
in the City of St. Paul, as indicated in the
color "Red' on the map attached hereto and
made a part hereof;
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the proper officials of
the City of Saint Paul are hereby authorized to enter
into an Agreement with the State of Minnesota by and
through its Department of Highways, a copy of which
is attached hereto, effecting the use of the afore-
said real estate and the permit requested in relation
thereto, it being the understanding of this Council
that no monetary considerations shall be involved.
