known as the WALSH -IVY RELIEF SEWER SYSTEM, under Preliminary
Order 208121, approved July 13, 1962, and Final Order 209834,
approved November 6, 1962.
Resolved, That the plans and specifications for construction
of a public sewer in WALSH STREET from Jessamine Avenue to
Hyacinth Avenue, in HYACINTH AVENUE from Walsh Street to Greenbrier
Street; in GREENBRIER STREET from Hyacinth Avenue to Ivy Avenue,
a portion of the above named improvement, this portion which shall
be known as the WALSH -IVY RELIEF SEWER SYSTEM - CONTRACT "A", AS
submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and the same
are hereby approved and be it further
Resolved, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby
directed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
