west of Asbury; 1 pole midblock on Euclid, west of Griffith
Street; 1 pole midblock on East 5th Street, west of
ru Howard; 1 pole on Burr, south of Ivy; 1 pole in alley

south of Shields, east of Roy Street; 1 pole on Orange,
west of Frank Street, with necessary guys, anchors,
and wires. Poles and wires to be removed when requested
to do so by the Common Council and cost of said removal
to be borne by the Northern States Power Company.
