4 WHEREAS, Dayton's Bluff Neighborhood Housing Services, in Zoning File # 06-285-014,
s has submitted for City Counci{ approval the attached certificate of correction to the plat for
6 Neighborhood Housing Payne Avenue Townhomes Second Addition; and
a WHEREAS, the City Council, in Council File 05-785, approved a final plat for this
9 subdivision on August 24, 2005, after a public hearing on August 3, 2005, at which all
io interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard; and

iz WHEREAS, as required by Ramsey County, the applicant has submitted this certificate of
i3 correction that corrects errors on the finaf plat approved in Council File 05-785; and

is WHEREAS, appropriate City departments have reviewed the certificate of correction and
i6 found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69 of the Zoning Code;

is NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the
i9 attached Certificate of Correction to the Final Plat for Neighborhood Housing Payne Avenue
zo Townhomes Second Addition, subject to the condition that the applicant shall file a copy of
2i the Council Resolution approving the Certificate of Correction with the Ramsey County

Dayton's Bluff Neighborhood Housing Services has submitted a Certificate of Correction to the Final Plat approved by the City
Council on August 3, 2005 on proper[y located in the azea bounded by Payne, Hopkins, Kenny Rd, and RCRRA. Because the
Certificate of Cosecrion corrects errors of a technical naNre, no additional public hearing is needed.
