A new state law, entitled Tenant REmedies Ac6on, provided authoriry for individuals and organizations to seek court assistance in
facilitaring the repair of properties with numerous code violations. The court appointed an administrator who performed the
necessary repairs on this property. The administrator then invoiced the Ciry for the cost.

conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto
attached, identified by the siqnature of the said Valuation and Assessment Engineer,
and made a pa.rt hereof, is the said assessment as completed by him, and which is
herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be considered
proper.
