tect.

Under date of-April 23, 1962 a printed copy of Council.File
No. 206823 was mailed to Josephine Rowell, 111 West Acker
Street, St. Paul 17, which resolution directed the wrecking
and removal of the one story frame single family dwelling
on Lot 9, Block 2, Jilson's Subdivision, of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6,
7, 8, 9, and 10, of Guerin's Outlots, St. Paul, Minnesota,
also known as 111 West Acker Street, as published in the offi-
cial paper.
The structure has not been repaired and the dangerous condi-
tions are still present. Please proceed with the condemna-
tion action, which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks
And Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon theproperty
and wreck and remove the structure thereon and to do any and
all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb
and adjoining property.
