RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves and concurs in the action taken on October 24,
1962, by the Hospital Facility Building Commission of the City
of St. Paul and County of Ramsey, wherein said Commission approved
the attached change order by Ellerbe and Company, Inc., reducing
the cost of the foundation contract by'$24,499.74.

At its regular business meeting held on October 24, 1962, the Hospital
Facility Building Commission approved the enclosed change order relative to
the foundation contract for the new city - county hospital.
In effect, this change order reduces the cost of the foundation contract
by $249499.74.
The Hospital Facility Building Commission respectful requests that the
City Council of the City of Saint Paul approve the action taken by the Com-
mission.
