Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for constructing a sever
in Dunlap St. from California Ave. to alley in Block 1, Cliftondale Addition, and
In alley in Block 1, Cliftondale Addition, to 270 feet east of Dunlap St.
under Preliminary Order 196718 ,approved April 140 1960 ,
Intermediary Order 197695 , approved June 21,x.960 ,
Final Order 1 -98060 , approved July 191p 1960
The assessment of benefits, costs and A=PnGeja for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That" the said' assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 28th
day of November, 1962 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
