Resolution 'of Council Approving Asses -merit
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in the (Lots 1 through 22)
East 2 of Ramsey's Sub of Block 21, Stinson, Bram & Ramseyts Addition, from
Palace Ave. to Jefferson Ave., also constructing a sewer in the alley from a point
70.18 ft. south of Jefferson Ave. to the existing sewer in Jefferson Ave.
under Preliminary Order 195294 , approved January 7, 1960
Intermediary Order 195741 , approved February 90 1960 ,
Final Order 196142 approved March 8, 1960
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
' and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.

hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
