WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul has expanded under Ordinance
No. 117099 approved April 12, 1960, original Ordinance No.
107250 approved January 20, 1956, concerning the sewer system
of the Village of Roseville, which connects to that of the
City of St. Paul, and
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for Sanitary Sewer
Improvement No, 49 Project Nose 1 & 2, prepared by the
consulting engineers for the Village of Roseville and
approved by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville
on September 10, 1962, and
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for Village of
Roseville Sanitary Sewer Improvement No, 4, Project Nos.
1 &2, have been heretofore submitted to and approved by the
Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief Engineer as being
in .all things satisfactory, be it further
RESOLVED9 That the plans and specifications for the Village
of Roseville Sanitary Sewer Improvement No, 49 Project Nos.
1 & 2, be approved.
