WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul has expanded under Ordinance
No. 11709, approved April 12, 1960, original Ordinance No.
10725, approved January 20, 19569 concerning the sewer system
of the Village of Roseville; to include certain specified areas
of the Village of Shoreview as being permitted to be connected
to the public sewer system of the Village of Roseville, which
connects to that of the City of St. Paul, and
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for sanitary sewer
extension on Amber Drive, prepared by the consulting engineers
for the Village of Shoreview and approved by the Village
Council of the Village of Shoreview on September 14, 19629
and approved by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville
on October 22, 1962, and
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for Village of Shoreview
Sanitary Sewer Extension on Amber Drive have been heretofore
submitted to and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works
and the Chief Engineer as being in all things satisfactory, be
it further
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the Village
of Shoreview Sanitary Sewer Extension on Amber Drive be approved.
