An ordinance settling the claim of R. R. Kriesel, Jr.,
President of Larson Chevrolet, Inc., against the City of
Saint Paul.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to
pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to R. R. Kriesel, Jr., President
of Larson Chevrolet, Inc., the sum of One Hundred Fifteen and 82/100 Dollars
($115.82) in full settlement of his claim for damage to truck belonging to
Larson Chevrolet, Inc., which he was driving on-Dayton Avenue near Fisk Street
in Saint Paul, when it was struck by a City vehicle driven by Rosenius Elgaard.
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant upon his execution,
as President of Larson Chevrolet; Inc., of a release in full to said City, in a
form approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained in the
manner` aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
days after its passage, approval, and publication.
