RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
plans and specifications for building sanitary sewer on
Cowern Place, from Margaret Street to Helen Street and on
9th Avenue (extended) from 7th Street to Ariel Street and on
Ariel Street from 9th Avenue (extended) to easement about 450
feet south, for the Village of North St. Paul, authorized by
and subject to the provisions, terms and conditions of the
City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 11709, approved April 12th,
1956, for the connection of the public sewer system of the
Village of North St. Paul with that of the City of Saint Paul,
prepared by the Village Engineer of said Village and approved,
bygthe Village Council of North St. Paul on October 21, 1963,"
and heretofore submitted to and approved by the Commissioner -
of Public Works and the Chief Engineer, hereby are in all
things approved.
