RESOLVED, that the Corporation Counsel: is hereby
authorized to secure, through appropriate procedures of the
Department of Purchases of the City of Saint Paul, one 813 Copier
from the Xerox Corporation, and the proper City officers may be
and hereby are authorized and directed to enter into the necessary
contract to pay for the rental of the aforesaid machine on monthly
charges by way of Contract Claim form, referring to the Council
File number of this resolution, such rental to be paid out of the
Corporation Counsel's Office Expense Fund 3 -A5.
