Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering
Lubricating Oils and Greases to various departments and activities of the City of
St,, Paul (and County of Ramsey), Minnesota, for period from complete execution of
contract papers through August 15, 19643, to MIDWEST OIL COM1?ANY in accordance with

City specifications and the Formal Bid #9476 of said Midwest Oil Company for the
contract price of approximately $7,488,82, such bid being the lowest and said ,
Midwest Oil Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to.draw up the proper form of contract therefor
and the proper officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
