will sponsor a princess to be candidate for Queen of the
Snows 'of the City of S.ain.t Paul for the Winter Carnival of
1964; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That to support and maintain
the morale of the City's. employees and the necessary expenses
of sponsoring the City- County Princess., that a button sale
be conducted by said City and County Carnival Club; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Deputies of th.e City
Council and the Mayor serve as committee, with authority to
appoint representatives throughout the City departments for
th.e saler of said City and,Co.unty Carnival Club buttons which .
are the sale s.upport of the, aforesaid enterprise.
