RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for Towing Services for the 1963 -64 snow
removal season for the Department of Public Works to MILT'S TOWING & WRECKER
SERVICE., INC. in accordance with City specifications and the Formal Bid #9471 of
said Milt's Towing & Wrecker Service, Inc. at the rate of $6.45 per hour, total
amount of contract approximately $3,000.00 (more or less as required), such bid
being the lower and said Milt's Towing & Wrecker Service, Inc. being a reasonable
and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to
draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
