PAUL COUNCIL NO. _ OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK FILE COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONER_ .Gr�L•Iyl DATE _ Whereas, the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, and Civic Buildings has reported in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from October 16 to October 31, 1963, which rendered necessary the employment of certain employes of the Department of Libraries, Auditorium, and Civic Buildings for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following work: Necessary for maintenance and operation of parking at Municipal Stadium. And, whereas, this',emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circumstances: Could not be handled by untrained personnel. Therefore be it resolved, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the employes shown on the attached list who performed such work in accordance with the provisions of the Council's salary ordinance, No. 6446.
