RESOLVED, that the law firm of Wood, King,
Dawson & Logan, of New York City, New York, hereby is
designated and appointed Special Bond Counsel for the
City of Saint Paul in respect of itsssveral, proposed
bond issues nowpending and denominated City of Saint
Paul Fire Station Bonds, in the par w1ue amount of
Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000), authorized by
Chapter 698, Session Laws of Minnesota for 1963, and by
Ordinance No. 12560, approved October 3, 1963, for payment
of said City's cost and expense necessarily to be incurred,
by said City, for its acquisition of the requisite site or
sites therefor and its construction and equipment of an-additional
ad:ki 'iary fire station building or additional auxiliary
fire station buildings, within the corporate limits of
the City of Saint Paul, to constitute an integral part or
integral parts of the public fire fighting facilities of
said City, under the control and management of its Com-
missioner of Public Safety, pursuant to the provisions of
said Chapter 698, Session Laws of Minnesota for 1963.

of its several proposed bond issues now
pending and denominated City of Saint
Paul Fire Station Bonds, in the par
value amount of Four Hundred
Thousand Dollars (;1400,000), authorized
by Chapter 698, Session Laws of Min-
nesota for 1963, and by Ordinance No.
12560, approved October 3, 1963, for
payment of said City's cost and ex-
pense necessarily to be 'incurred, by
said City, for its acquisition of the
requisite site or sites therefor and
its construction and equipment of an
additional auxiliary fire station build-
ing or additional auxiliary fire station
buildings, with the corporate limits of
the City of Saint Paul,- to constitute

agement of its Commissioner of Pub-
