In the matter of the assessment of constructing a public sewer in ARUNDEL STREET from Atwater
Street to Lawson Avenue, in MACKUBIN STREET from Burgess Street to Jessamine Avenue, in
BURGESS STREET from Como Avenue.to Mackubin Street, in STINSON STREET from Mackubin
Street to 310 feet east of Arundel Street, in LAWSON AVENUE from Cumberland Street to
Arundel Street, in HATCH AVENUE from 310 feet east of Arundel Street to Arundel Street,
in FRONT AVENUE from 310 feet east of Arundel Street to Arundel Street, and in
BURGESS STREET from 310 feet east of Arundel Street to Arundel Street.
Also constructing a sanitary sewer pump station in Lot 11, Block 2, Jordan Addition,
all of which is to be known as the ATWATER -KENT RELIEF SEWER SYSTEM

The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 27th
day of November, 1963 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M , in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
