RESOLVED, that Floyd F. Foslien be permitted to
install and operate an 11 -car off - street parking Sabillty,in
conjunction with a proposed 11 -unit apartment building
to be constructed on the east side of Park Street between
Como Avenue and Winter Street, described as Lot4 3 and the
south one -half of Lot 4, Block 14, Brewster's Addition to
St Paul, in accordance with plans approved September 26,
1963, subject to compliance with the provisions of all ap-
plicable City ordinances and State statutes and rules and
regulations of public authorities having cognizance.

The City Council requested that you prepare a resolution granting the
attached application of F16yd F. Foslien for a permit to install and
operate an 11-car off-street parking lot in conjunction with a proposed
11 -unit apartment building on property on the east side of Park St.
between Como Ave. and Winter St., also described as Lot 3 and the south
one -half of Lot 4, Block 14, Brewster's Addition, in accordance with
plans approved September 26, 1963.

Dear Madam;
This is in the matter of the application of Floyd F. Foslien for a
permit to install and operate an 11 car off - street parking lot in
conjunction with a proposed 11 unit apartment building on property
located on the east side of Park Street between Como Avenue and Winter
Street which is described as Lots 3 and the south one -half of Lot 4,
Block 14, Brewster's Addition. The property is zoned "C" Residence.
The subject property has a frontage of 75 feet on the east side of Park
Street and a depth of 150 feet, resulting in an area of 11,250 square
feet. North and adjoining is a single- family residence; south and
adjoining is a single - family residence; east and adjoining is the rear
yard of a two - family residence and Bethesda Hospital parking ramp; west
and across Park Street is an apartment building. Field investigation
discloses no objection to the proposal. The Traffic Engineer has
approved the plan which meets the standards for this type of facility.
The proposal meets the requirements for density and building ground
coverage.
In consideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning recommends
the granting of the permit for an 11 car off - street parking lot on
the above described property in accordance with plans approved Sep-
tember 26, 1963.

to install and operate an 11 -car private off - street parking lot in
conjunction with a proposed 11 -unit apartment building. The property
is located on the east side of Park Street between Como Avenue and

A public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the Court
