RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
materials and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the
wrecking of dwelling and removal of steps, walks, miscellaneous concrete
and debris, located at 755 Cortland Place, described as Lot 1, Block 2,
Drake's grid Addition, Saint Paul, Minnesota to TRUCK CRANE SERfTICE CCNPANY
in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Informal Bid #6017 of said Truck Crane Service Company for the contract
price of $675.00, such bid being the lowest and said Truck Crane Service
Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Course be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
