Whereas, It appears to the City Council of the City of
Saint Paul, Minnesota, that the street hereinafter described
should be revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street under the
provisions of Minnesota Iaws;
Now Therefore, Be It Resolved, By the City Council of
the City of Saint Paul that the street described as follows,
to-wit:
Hazel Street from Seventh Street to Minnehaha Street
(a portion of Municipal State-Aid Route No. 147)
Be, And hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State -Aid
Street of said City subject to approval of the Commissioner
of Highways of the State of Minnesota.
Be It Further Resolved, That the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of
this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for
consideration.
