A City of Saint Paul condition of approving Site Plan 06-243192 for this property was that the owner grant a public sidewalk easement along Ruth Street on the east side of the property. The City subsequently sent the owner a standard easement which the owner signed and retumed. The easement must now be accepted by the 1Vlayor and City Council. � Advantages If Approved: - � - The site plan may be approved. The new sidewalk on the private property will be properly dedicated as public.
