RESOLVED, That the Phalen Center Company owner of subject
premises, commonly designated as 1090 Prosperity Ave. hereby is
granted a permit, pursuant to his application therefor, to recon-
struct the two - existing driveways connecting said premises with
Prosperity Ave„ so that the same shall represent up to but not
exceeding 40 feet in width, the first to be located on the east s
side of Prospverity Ave. at vacated Jessamine Ave. and the other
to be located on the east side of Jessamine Ave, at vacated
Clarence St. and to thereafter maintain and operate the same as
so reconstructed and widened, subject to said permitteevs com-
pliance with all applicable State statutes, City ordinances and
rules and regulations of public authorities having cognizance.
