PAUL COUNCIL OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK FILE CO CIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONER DATE RESOLVED, that the building on Lot 22, Block 15, Woodland Park Addition to the City of Saint Paul, according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of'Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as 501 Holly Avenue and 71 to 79 North Mackubin Street, in Saint Paul, is, by reason of its structural condition, unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property; that said structure is incapable of reasonable repair, replacement or remodeling so as to make the same reasonably safe, and should be wrecked and removed from said land; and it is ordered that said structure be forthwith wrecked and removed from said land by and at the separate cost and expense of the owner, occupant, or other ?erson in control thereof.
