This letter requests a refund of a filing fee of $20.00 for a change in the building line. This was never heard by the Council, because it was discovered at a later date that it could be handled in another way. In view of the above fact I would recommend to the Council that the refund of the $20.00 filing fee be made to Mr. John Tomlinson of 470 North Howard Streets Saint Paul 19, Minnesota. SP. 7 -3070 I am the attorney for Mr. John Tomlinson, 470 No. Howard Street, St. Paul 19, Minnesota. Mr. Tomlinson filed a petition in June of this year to have a set back line covering Lot 24, Block 2, Sun Ray Terrace Addition No. 1 changed. He had been informed that the proper procedure would be through action of the City Council and it was later discovered that the Council did not have jurisdiction over this matter and the petition was never heard or considered. Would it be possible for Mr. Tom- linson to receive back the $20. 00 filing fee which was made in this matter.
