IN THE MATTER OF constructing a storm water storage area
for the purpose of the development of certain streets in the
Loeb Lake area, it is necessary to condemn the following de-
scribed land; all of Block 15, Como - Prospect Addition, and the
west 32 ft. of the East 145 ft. of the N W I of the N W 1 of
Section 25, Township 29 North, Range 23 West,•lying between
the north line and the south line of Block 15, Como - Prospect
Addition extended easterly. Also condemning and taking an
easement on a strip of land 10 ft, in width for the purpose of
constructing and maintaining a public storm sewer on, under
and across the north 10 ft. of the south 205 ft. of Block 16,
Como- Prospect Addition. Also condemning and taking a temp-
orary easement for construction purposes on a strip of land
10 ft. in width, adjacent to and north of and 10 ft. in width
adjacent to and•south of the above described easement, now
therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that the cost of the above condemnation including
,,,appraisal costs, in the amount of $8,363.20 be charged to the Y
Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 3001, Comptroller's
Contract No. L -6616, this same fund to be reimbursed from the
City's Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code 31 E -1.
